Summer Climb – Sloan Peak via Corkscrew (or other peak), Aug 13-14
WHAT: Will do Sloan Peak via Corkscrew route if the conditions on the glacier are still ideal (https://www.mountaineers.org/activities/routes-places/sloan-peak-corkscrew-route). If conditions make it a no-go, as a group, we can decide what we’d like to do. I think the most fun trips involve a little bit of all terrain in moderation (snow/glacier, rock),and Sloan via Corkscrew is a good one for this.
WHO: Kiva Oken, Jennifer Louie, and 3 students (students who are women have priority). Depending on what our objective is, we may have room for 1-2 others.
WHEN: August 13-14
